1. Who is responsible for your information

SDR Sharp, operated by Salam Karam, is responsible for personal information collected directly through the SDR Sharp website and Find Leads platform.

Paddle may separately act as the Merchant of Record and as an independent controller for information it collects during checkout, payment processing, tax handling, fraud prevention, billing support, cancellations, and refunds.

  • Paddle customer identifiers.
  • Subscription and transaction identifiers.
  • Product and price identifiers.
  • Subscription status.
  • Billing currency and subscription amount.
  • Billing-period start and end dates.
  • Cancellation, renewal, or payment-status information.

When you save or use a setup, we may store information you provide, such as:

  • Selected task type.
  • Country and industry targets.
  • Lead-volume settings.
  • Research and qualification rules.
  • Contact requirements.
  • Notes, exclusions, and output instructions.
  • Generated prompt content.

Usage and technical information

We may automatically collect technical and activity information, including:

  • Pages or features used.
  • Usage counts and subscription limits.
  • Browser, device, and operating-system information.
  • IP address and approximate location derived from it.
  • Login, request, and event timestamps.
  • Error, security, and diagnostic logs.
  • Webhook and subscription-processing records.

Communications

When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, message, support history, and other information you choose to provide.

4. Information you enter about other people

Find Leads may allow you to enter targeting details, company information, professional contact information, or other information relating to third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful reason to collect, upload, save, process, or use that information. You must comply with applicable privacy, employment, electronic-marketing, and data-protection laws.

Do not use Find Leads to store sensitive personal information, financial account information, medical information, government identification numbers, passwords, or confidential information that is not required for the service.

5. How we use information

We may use personal information to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Authenticate users and protect account access.
  • Provide the Find Leads platform and its features.
  • Save and retrieve your setups.
  • Apply subscription limits and access controls.
  • Process subscription events received from Paddle.
  • Provide billing, cancellation, and support assistance.
  • Identify and repair technical errors.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Understand and improve platform performance.
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory duties.
  • Enforce our Terms of Service.
  • Respond to messages and privacy requests.

6. Legal reasons for processing

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we may process information based on:

  • Contract. Processing needed to create your account, deliver the service, and manage your subscription.
  • Legitimate interests. Processing needed to secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the platform.
  • Legal obligations. Processing needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, regulatory, or legal requirements.
  • Consent. Processing based on your consent where consent is required, such as certain optional cookies or marketing communications.

7. Service providers and recipients

We may share personal information only when reasonably required to operate the service, process transactions, meet legal duties, or protect users.

Supabase

Supabase provides database, authentication, server-side functions, and related infrastructure used by Find Leads.

Read the Supabase Privacy Policy

Netlify

Netlify provides website hosting, deployment, delivery, and related infrastructure for SDR Sharp web pages.

Read the Netlify Privacy Statement

Paddle

Paddle provides checkout, payment processing, tax handling, subscription administration, fraud prevention, receipts, refunds, and billing support as Merchant of Record.

Read the Paddle Privacy Notice

Professional and legal recipients

Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, auditors, authorities, courts, or law-enforcement bodies where reasonably required by law, legal process, security needs, or the protection of legal rights.

8. AI platforms

Find Leads prepares structured prompts. It does not automatically submit your saved setup or generated prompt to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or another third-party AI service merely because a prompt was generated.

When you copy, upload, or submit information to an external AI platform, that platform processes the information under its own terms and privacy policy. Review the third party’s privacy practices before submitting personal, confidential, or commercially sensitive information.

9. Cookies and browser storage

Find Leads may use essential cookies or browser storage to:

  • Keep you signed in.
  • Maintain secure authentication sessions.
  • Remember necessary platform state.
  • Protect against fraud and unauthorized access.
  • Support core website and platform operation.

Blocking essential cookies or browser storage may prevent account authentication or other platform features from working correctly.

SDR Sharp does not intentionally use third-party advertising cookies on Find Leads at launch. If optional analytics, advertising, or marketing technologies are added, this Policy and any required consent controls will be updated.

10. International data transfers

SDR Sharp operates from Lebanon and uses service providers that may process information in other countries. Your information may therefore be transferred to and processed outside your country of residence.

Where required, we and our providers may use contractual, organizational, or legal safeguards intended to protect personal information during international transfers.

11. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the service, maintaining account history, meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and enforcing agreements.

Retention periods may depend on:

  • Whether your account or subscription remains active.
  • The type and sensitivity of the information.
  • Security and fraud-prevention requirements.
  • Tax, accounting, and legal requirements.
  • Whether information is needed to resolve a dispute.

Information may remain temporarily in backups or logs after deletion from active systems.

12. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or loss.

These measures may include authentication controls, database access rules, encrypted network connections, restricted administrative access, event logging, and service-provider security controls.

No website, database, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for using a strong password, protecting your devices, and keeping login credentials confidential.

13. Your privacy rights

Depending on your country and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Request information about how your data is processed.
  • Request access to personal information held about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of information.
  • Restrict certain processing.
  • Object to certain processing.
  • Request a portable copy of eligible information.
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
  • Complain to a competent data-protection authority.

Rights may be subject to legal limitations, identity verification, security requirements, and retention obligations.

To submit a request, email salam@sdrsharp.co .

Include enough information for us to identify your account and understand the request. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before completing the request.

14. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your account by contacting salam@sdrsharp.co .

Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active Paddle subscription unless the cancellation has also been completed through the available billing-management process.

Some subscription, payment, fraud-prevention, accounting, or transaction information may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.

15. Sale or sharing of personal information

SDR Sharp does not sell personal information for money.

We do not intentionally disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be shared with operational service providers as described in this Policy.

16. Children’s privacy

Find Leads is intended for business users and is not directed to children. You must be legally capable of creating an account and entering into a subscription agreement.

If we learn that personal information from a child was collected inappropriately, we may delete it and close the related account.

17. Third-party websites and services

Our websites may link to Paddle, Supabase, Netlify, AI platforms, social networks, scheduling services, or other third-party websites.

SDR Sharp does not control those third parties. Their own privacy notices, security practices, and terms apply when you use their services.

18. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our platform, providers, processing activities, laws, or business practices change.

The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published. Where required, additional notice or consent may be provided.
