Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Find Leads, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Do not use the service if you do not agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Find Leads is a prompt-building platform. It helps users prepare structured instructions for company research, contact searches, decision-maker targeting, CSV validation, and sales outreach.

Find Leads creates prompts and supporting workflow content. It does not independently conduct internet research, validate every data point, guarantee leads, or guarantee business results.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used to provide unauthorized access to another person.

4. Subscription and payment

Find Leads is offered as a recurring monthly subscription. The current public price is shown on the product and pricing page and again during checkout.

Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly billing period. The amount and currency displayed during checkout control the transaction.

Purchases are processed by Paddle, which may act as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Paddle handles payment processing, receipts, applicable taxes, and billing-related support. Paddle Buyer Terms may also apply to your purchase.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through the Manage Billing or Manage Subscription option available in the platform or through the link supplied in your Paddle transaction email.

Cancellation normally prevents future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access may continue until that period ends unless otherwise stated or required by law.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, Paddle’s applicable refund rules, and mandatory consumer-protection law.

Refund requests should not be submitted as chargebacks before you have attempted to resolve the matter through SDR Sharp or Paddle support.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Find Leads to:

• Violate privacy, data-protection, employment, or marketing laws.
• Collect, process, or distribute personal data unlawfully.
• Send spam, deceptive messages, or unlawful communications.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to bypass account, subscription, or security controls.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or resell the platform.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operation.
• Use the service for fraud, abuse, harassment, or illegal activity.

8. AI platforms and generated output

Find Leads may produce prompts intended for use with third-party AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or comparable services. Those platforms are independent from SDR Sharp.

Results may vary depending on the selected platform, subscription plan, browsing access, available tools, uploaded files, prompt interpretation, and source availability.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated information before relying on it, contacting a lead, making a business decision, or processing personal data.

9. No guarantee of results

SDR Sharp does not guarantee that a generated prompt will produce a particular number of leads, accurate contact details, replies, meetings, revenue, hiring outcomes, or other commercial results.

Public information can be incomplete, outdated, incorrect, or unavailable. Users must independently verify important information.

10. Intellectual property

SDR Sharp owns or licenses the platform design, software, branding, templates, written content, and related intellectual property.

During an active subscription, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for lawful internal business purposes.

You retain responsibility for information and materials you enter into the platform.

11. Service availability and changes

We may maintain, update, replace, restrict, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, platform improvement, or technical operation.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Planned or emergency downtime may occur.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, non-payment, a security threat, or a material breach of these Terms.

Sections concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute handling survive termination when applicable.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SDR Sharp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

14. Privacy

Our handling of account, subscription, usage, and contact information is described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the platform, pricing, legal requirements, or business practices change. The updated effective date will appear at the top of this page.

Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in another jurisdiction applies. Paddle’s Buyer Terms may separately govern the purchase transaction.
